Mulberry Street New York seltzers are simply lovely on their own or served over ice on a hot summer's day, but they also make excellent mixers to blend with a spirit of your choice for a delightfully zesty cocktail.
So, without further ado, let's enjoy life with our refreshing seltzer cocktails.

Collins Crush

  • 50 ml of gin
  • The juice of one lemon
  • 2 tsp sugar or 15 ml sugar syrup
  • Can of Mulberry Street Sicilian lemon
  • Ice
  1. Shake gin, lemon juice and syrup in a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour over a highball glass and top up with our tangy Mulberry Street Sicilian lemon.
  3. Garnish with a fresh lemon slice and feel peachy on us.

Light-hearted One

  • 50ml of Shed 1 gin
  • A dash of Cointreau
  • A splash of bitters and sprig of rosemary
  • Can of Mulberry Street Sicilian lemon
  • Ice
  1. Shake gin, Cointreau and bitters in a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour over a highball glass and top up with Mulberry Street Sicilian lemon for a twist.
  3. Garnish with rosemary and quench your thirst.

Margarita Mockingbird

  • 50ml of tequila
  • 25ml Cointreau
  • The juice of a half a lime
  • Lime wedges
  • Mint
  • Can of Mulberry Street Sicilian lemon
  • Ice
  1. Shake tequila, Cointreau and lime juice in a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour into a glass and top up with Mulberry Street Sicilian lemon to make it bubbly.
  3. Garnish with lime wedges and mint and satisfy your cravings.

Starry Negroni

  • 25ml of gin
  • 25ml Campari
  • Orange slices
  • Rosemary
  • Can of Mulberry Street Sicilian orange
  • Ice
  1. Mix gin and Campari in a glass with ice.
  2. Top up with Mulberry Street Sicilian orange to make it shine.
  3. Garnish with an orange slice and rosemary and delight your senses.

Blackberry Bramble

  • 35ml of bourbon
  • A handful of fresh blackberries
  • 1 small tsp of cinnamon
  • Can of Mulberry Street Sicilian orange
  • Ice
  1. Mix 50ml of Sicilian orange and blackberries in a blender for 10 seconds.
  2. Add in the bourbon and cinnamon and mix for that smooth finish.
  3. Using a strainer, pour liquid over ice.
  4. Top up with Mulberry Street Sicilian orange, a rosemary sprig and sip in style.

Zesty Martini

  • 20ml of freezer cold vodka
  • 1 tbsp dry vermouth
  • A few olives
  • Can of Mulberry Street Sicilian orange
  • Ice
  1. Mix vodka with 40ml Sicilian orange in a shaker with ice.
  2. Pour into a martini glass and garnish with marvellous green olives.
  3. All there’s left to do is sip, savour and indulge.
